  I've been to this spa several times and every time the service was below average. For the amount of money you pay, you would think the experience would be better. Unfortunately this is one of the only spas in the area and if you want the spa experience, there is not many alternatives. The last time I was at the spa, I arrived early for my pedicure. I waited over an hour in the waiting room for it. I don't think I would have minded as much if someone would have told me why the wait was so long. A simple "Im sorry for your wait, we are short staffed" would have been nice. I never did receive my pedicure that day. I ended up going to reception and asking if I could re-schedule. I did not receive any kind of apology or anything at that time either. I later called back and canceled. I am not going to re-schedule at a place that will over charge for a pedicure and not even get you in at the time you booked. My theory is: something is better than nothing. An apology goes a long way. Two of my close friends have also had bad experiences here. It is a shame there is not another salon/spa like this in the area because I guarantee they would take all your business.
